We were not in a major rush to find something and we were very upfront about those needs - Jen and Sean do a great job when initially meeting with you to find out what it is you are looking for as a buyer. We were all over the map in what we were looking for and open to many options from flips to homes that were already in good shape. Jen and Sean were willing to show us homes and did point out if they noticed something that could be an issue. When we did find something we wanted to put an offer in on, it became very apparent to me that Jen has great connections and relationships with others in the field. Communication with the other realtor went smoothly and Jen did great helping us making decisions on our offer to be competitive in this market. Sean and Jen make a great team. Sean was always willing to meet up with us even on short notice and always helped us out when we were bringing our 2 young children when looking at a home. By the end of the process our 2 year old was often hanging out in Seans arms while we looked at the house because she was so comfortable with him! Our girls looked forward to going to see Jen and Sean to look at a new house! I cannot recommend them enough! As a first time home buyer, they were very educational throughout the process and cared about me and my wants in a home first and foremost. This market is tough, but they were very positive and encouraging throughout. Two of the best people I know. They have an amazing network of people and can always provide names if recommendations are needed. They were there to answer any and all questions we could think of. They were open and honest with us when touring houses so that we knew all of the details (good & bad) about each house. They weren't trying to sell us just any house. They were helping find the perfect house for us (and they did). We had the best and smoothest home buying experience thanks to the work of these two! We began searching for our first home in January, and from every little detail to the major decision making Jennifer and Sean were there to guide us 110%, they took off a lot of extra stress of every part of our journey to finding our perfect home by always being available to talk with any questions, concerns, or even just to check in on how we are doing! Well I can start by saying I would absolutely recommend Jennifer and Sean Waddell to help your family find the perfect home! I would like to share that along with many people I check for top rated products, places, restaurants, and when it came to looking for a realtor in the Cincinnati market as it is extremely fast paced right now, I wanted a realtor that had experience and great reviews. Next I saw that Jennifer works as a team with her husband Sean which is something you don’t often find and I figured this would give a great perspective from both viewpoints. I reached out to Jennifer from her website contact information and spoke with her briefly on the phone to schedule some times to look at 2 different properties (we added a third last minute which she was able to accommodate as well) in the hopes of seeing what is on the market as well as to get to meet her and Sean in person. I am so glad we did. During our property visits Jennifer and Sean both pointed out things of possible concern or things to consider which is something I had not seen from a lot of realtors. This made me feel like they were looking out for our best interest. Next came the recommendation for lenders and explaining that due to the hot market that Cincinnati is, often bidding wars, appraisal gaps, inspection contingencies for buyers, and that sellers are typically not taking contingencies on selling your current home, she recommended Elizabeth Collins-Fischer from USA Mortgage. I am very glad she did as Elizabeth was very helpful and not pushy, as well as explained they offered bridge loan options from equity on your current home in order to put down an offer and downpayment on a new home. This made the transition all that much easier for us and we knew we would have a home once ours sold and were not left without one, having to find a quick rental, or stay with relatives. (We met with a previous realtor that recommended another local lender and even though the realtor was nice, she did not point out items of concern on a property and recommended a lender who was very pushy and actually got angry when I credit shopped to find the best rate). Jennifer and Sean were helpful every step of the way in constant contact day or night explaining the entire process and reassured our stresses that can come with buying a home. They are very down to earth people and took the time to care for our families needs, especially our children when they came to a showing and followed up on our current home selling even though we were already contracted with a different selling realtor. I was very antsy waiting for the response from our fist offer being accepted and saw another property that looked great online, but Jennifer recommended to drive by it and see the neighborhood, as well as reached out to this realtor to find out the property was a bit rough on the inside. Once again, also very glad she did because we closed on our dream home yesterday which was our first offer! Closing went off without a hitch, they took the nice photo below after our final walkthrough, were present at closing and even gave us a very nice thank you card and even a gift card for my wife and I to celebrate our milestone. Bottom line, I do not write many reviews, especially not this long, but wanted to take the time to point out that I highly recommend Jennifer and Sean Waddell for your family, my family, and most definitely down the road when we retire or move to Tennessee one day… Jennifer can you get licensed there maybe in the next 12 years or so? In all seriousness give Jennifer and Sean a call, you will not be disappointed they will truly put your family first and that’s what’s needed for one of the biggest milestones in our lives right?

They educate you on your journey, make sure you understand and are always available for any questions. The communication is top level. This is not the first time I have used Jennifer and let me tell you, this team will always be my go to. There are always bumps along the way and they never lost my confidence that they could handle them. Even when someone else dropped the ball, they were there to pick it up and move forward without hesitation. Thanks to their hard work I am in the place I wanted and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me. This is the team for you!

Everything they told use would happen, such as over asking price, multiple offers and selling the first day on the market happened. Their expertise in real estate cannot be beat. They are extremely kind, helpful and they always follow up. We could not be more pleased than to have had them as our realtors. Customer service cannot be beat with Jennifer and Sean.
